Our vision is to replicate the success of The Studios by
          developing several new mid-sized buildings, this time
          creating affordable housing for low income| families. 
          We hope to complete the first building by the
          beginning of 2008.

          We envision this to be the first in a series of scattered-site,
          mid-sized (50-unit) buildings, providing residents with a
          multidisciplinary/holistic approach to service: housing, job
          training, social support, and on-site day care.
 
          We believe in giving people the skills and opportunity to
          move into independent living. Our goal is for at least half
          of all residents to move on to non-subsidized housing
          within 5 years.  In designing these buildings we will draw
          from the best practices in low-income housing development.
